Got opportunity to work in CIDCO area in Navi Mumbai led his attention towards various small and serious issues faced by peoples living in multistoried buildings. He started to aware peoples along with his working and spreading information. He led the foundation of THE PANVEL-URAN CIDCO’S CO-OPERATIVE HOUSING SOCIETIES FEDERATION in 2011, also published articles in leading Newspapers from time to time. Working like young still at the age of 68 years, gives inspiration to young people like us and we are working under their guidance.

hough being an I.T Professional by education was interested in this field, so rather doing job in I.T started this business along with father started handling all field work and Documents preparation. Deep knowledge of office working started attending Society Meeting with father M. S. Gaikwad and now with 15 years of Experience in this field is ready for expansion of this business in various cities of Maharashtra with new energy and enthusiasm.
